BIPOC Scholarship Application for the Holistic Lyme Practitioner Mentorship 2024-5

A limited number of scholarships will be awarded to BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) for the 2024-5 program.  They will be based on financial need as expressed through your personal statement explaining your need, commitment and passion.

The scholarship will cover $1500 of the regular tuition cost of the full-year course (reducing the tuition to just $2500, which can be further split into monthly payments). The number of awards will depend on the number of applicants, the quality of the submissions, and if space is available.

Be sure to include your name, email, address and best phone number.

Note:  Any submission that is not complete and professional will be ignored.
